YouTube Continue without lifting head within the sector to retransmit live video games. According to the latest Streamlabs report, Google s platform has been overcome by Facebook Gaming this past quarter, although the domain in this field is still practically monopolized by Twitch, from Amazon.
Thus, Twitch concentrates more than 70% of the market share (5,790 million hours) of this business area, followed by Facebook Gaming with 15.7% (1,130 million hours) and Youtube Gaming Live with a 13th, 8% (1,290 million hours). This distance grows in the data of retransmitted hours by content creators, with Twitch adding 89.7% of the total, 10 times more than the rest of their rivals together.
Streamlabs exposes that Facebook Gaming is the only platform that experienced an increase in visualization hours during this period of time, although the distance is so large that it is difficult for twitch to worry about some way. On the other hand, the firm ensures that YouTube is making efforts to reverse this third place, including betting on signature content creators.
It is concerned about the descent of content emission channels on all platforms, this being the first year where Twitch has seen reduce the number. It will take to wait for the next quarter to see if this change of trend is accentuated in the sector.
